Fluffy peanut butter blondies topped with a rich and creamy chocolate frosting Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
6 tablespoons unsalted butter |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup milk |
6 ounces chocolate chips, melted |
3 cups powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 -6 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Beat butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. 3. Add flour, baking powder and salt in small amounts. 4. Slowly pour in milk and continue mixing until smooth. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until set but not browned. 6. For frosting, combine all ingredients and beat on medium-high speed. 7. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. 8. Spread onto cooled blondies an enjoy. |
