A vegan version of the classic blondie that will rival any traditional recipe. Ingredients:
6 ounces plain yogurt |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 1/4 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 cup natural-style peanut butter (such as naturally more) |
1/4 cup skim milk, as needed to thin batter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients. 3. Pour into a greased square baking pan. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden. |
