I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches and I thought it might make a good variation on a smoothie. Ingredients:
1 banana |
3 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
3 ice cubes |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, serve cold. 2. You can use frozen yogurt if you'd like, omit the ice cubes. |
