A delightfully smooth peanutty beverage. Ingredients:
1 small ripe banana |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 dash nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses. 3. Sprinkle each with nutmeg. |
