Ingredients:
2 large bananas |
1 cup low-fat milk |
1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed |
2 or 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately. 2. Note: Leftover shake mixture may be frozen in small cups or ice-cream cones and served as a frozen snack. |
