This shake can be used in place of a meal. It is fast and filling. Wonderful on those hot summer days. Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk |
1 banana |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 pinch nutmeg |
1 cup ice cubes |
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy. |
