Very Creamy plus no ice!! Can't stand Shakes with Ice Shavings. This is very Creamy almost like a milk shake. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vanilla soy protein powder |
1 tablespoon fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, dry |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup banana, frozen |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and serve. Will keep consistance if kept in a fridge for awhile, but best to make and drink. |
