Yummy and healthy - a meal in a glass. Ingredients:
1 medium banana |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter |
3 tablespoons oat flour (or fine oatmeal) |
1 dash vanilla |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on high for 2 minutes. 3. Enjoy! |
