Peanut Butter-Banana Milk Shake

If you would like to reduce the calories of this shake, substitute skim milk for the regular milk, and ice milk or frozen yogurt for the ice cream.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 small banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/8 teaspoon banana extract
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides.
2. Serve immediately.
