If you would like to reduce the calories of this shake, substitute skim milk for the regular milk, and ice milk or frozen yogurt for the ice cream. Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole milk |
2 cups vanilla ice cream |
1 small banana, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1/8 teaspoon banana extract |
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides. 2. Serve immediately. |
