This recipe is easy and really yummy, not to mention pretty healthy. I revised another recipe from this site to go with what i had available.
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread (one ready to fill)
2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
3 tablespoons granola cereal
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions:
1. spread peanut butter inside pita.
2. top with granola.
3. mash banana either in peel, or with a fork, add to pita.
4. top with honey if desired.
