Peanut Butter Banana Mash |

This recipe is easy and really yummy, not to mention pretty healthy. I revised another recipe from this site to go with what i had available. Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread (one ready to fill) |
2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter |
3 tablespoons granola cereal |
1 banana |
1 tablespoon honey (optional) |
Directions:
1. spread peanut butter inside pita. 2. top with granola. 3. mash banana either in peel, or with a fork, add to pita. 4. top with honey if desired. |
