Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream |

kids seem to like this....big ones too...!! Cook time is the makers freezing time... Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
2 mashed lightly bananas (you can do this as a puree or chunks.) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 cups half-and-half cream |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. 2. Add sugar and corn syrup. 3. Mix til smooth and light. 4. blend in bananas and lemon juice, mix well. 5. Beat in the creams and peanut butter. 6. Pour in the chilled cannister and follow manufacturer's instructions. 7. Makes about 2 litres. |
