Peanut Butter Banana Cereal Muffins |

Yummy muffins that are high in fiber! Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal |
1 3/4 cups skim milk |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup splenda granular |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup peanut butter chips |
1/3 cup chocolate chips |
1 banana (riped, mashed) |
1/2 cup low-fat peanut butter |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Stir together cereal and milk. 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and chips in a large bowl. 3. Stir banana, peanut butter, apple sauce, eggsinto cereal mixture. 4. add to dry ingredients. 5. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. 6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. |
