Peanut Butter Banana Bread |

a delightful blend of peanut butter and bananas resulting in an extra moist loaf. No eggs in this recipe. I used buttermilk Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup buttermilk or yogurt or sour cream |
1 1/2 cups mashed banana ( i used 3 ) |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl 2. Add remaining ingredients 3. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended 4. Place mixture in a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan 5. Bake in a 350F oven until tested done in center 6. Remove pan to rack to cool completely |
