A sandwich I eat for breakfast a lot. Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted |
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter |
1 medium banana, sliced |
1 tbsp honey |
Directions:
1. Toast bread. 2. Spread toast with peanut butter. 3. Add sliced banana. Only about half will fit, but eat the rest of the banana. 4. Drizzle with honey and close sandwich. |
