holiday desert If using reduced fat margarine or promise, reduce fat by 1/3 Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter |
4 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
24 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. melt butter/margarine 2. blend melted margarine and peanut butter on high w hand mixer 3. add in powdered sugar 4. let cool 5. form into balls, insert tooth picks 6. in a saucepan, melt chips w/ parrafin wax (1/4 square per 12 oz chips) 7. dip peanut butter balls in chocolate by holding toothpick 8. place on wax paper to cool, chill |
