My mother and I made these every Christmas when I was growing up. Cooking time includes time for chilling. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened |
1 lb powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls. Chill for an hour or so. 2. Melt 12 oz. chocolate chips and 1/3 block paraffin together, and dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate/paraffin mixture. 3. Place on waxed paper until chocolate coating is set. |
