Peanut Butter and Oat Brownies |

This is a winner. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you'll enjoy these. Spread chocolate frosting on top of peanut butter layer. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
3/4 cup white sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 cups rolled oats |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup peanut butter, or as needed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a jelly-roll pan. 2. Beat butter, 3/4 cup peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until creamy. Add flour, oats, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt; stir until just mixed. Spread batter into the prepared jelly-roll pan. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Cool brownies in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Spread 1/2 cup peanut butter on top of brownies. |
