1 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1/2 cup honey |
2 cups dry raw oatmeal |
5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder |
1 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, press into a pan, and let set in the freezer. Once solid, cut them into individual bars. 2. Keep refrigerated between consumption. |
