Peanut Butter and Ginger Chicken in a Crock Pot |

Asian influence...goes together quickly. Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs chicken pieces |
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot |
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce |
2 green onions, include some green, sliced |
cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Clean and dry chicken. 2. Place in slow cooker. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together rest of ingredients. 4. Spoon over the chicken. 5. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until chicken is tender. 6. Serve over cooked rice. |
