Wow!! A wonderful dessert right from your crockpot Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/3 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder in a medium size mixing bowl. 2. Blend in milk, oil, and vanilla. 3. Stir mixture until smooth. 4. Add in peanut butter. 5. Pour mixture into crockpot. 6. Next, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa powder. 7. Slowly pour in boiling water. 8. Gently pour this over cake mixture already in crockpot; don't stir. 9. Cover and cook on High 2-3 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 10. Serve with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce and top with chopped peanuts. |
