These may sound strange, but they're definitely worth a try! Let me know what you think! Ingredients:
4 slices whole wheat bread |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Toast the slices of bread. 2. Scramble the eggs (or fry them if you like). 3. Spread the peanut butter on two slices of the toast (1 Tbs each). 4. Divide the cooked eggs between the other two slices. 5. Top with the peanut butter slice. 6. Enjoy! 7. NOTE: For a more savory sandwich, sprinkle with salt and pepper. For a sweeter one, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar! |
