You can add a no suggar added Carnation Instant Breakfast to add tons more protein. Aso - can add splenda for sweetening - tastes good without - so try away! I found this on Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice |
8 ounces unsweetened soymilk |
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter or 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1/2-1 banana |
Directions:
1. Place in blender. 2. Blend well. |
