A quick, delicious, healthy milkshake! Ingredients:
1 medium banana, sliced |
2 -3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1 cup 2% low-fat milk |
2 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. In blender, place banana, peanut butter and milk. 2. Cover and blend well. 3. Add ice cream, cover and blend until smooth. |
