Peanut Butter and Banana Cookies |

Here we have a cookie recipe that is made with Splenda, and it's so delicious, made with two of my favorite ingredients - peanut butter and bananas!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter (at room temperature) |
1/4 cup margarine, softened |
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream together peanut butter, margarine, banana, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. 2. Mix remaining ingredients separately. Blend into peanut butter mixture until smooth. 3. Form int 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet, flatten with fork to desired thickness. 4. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on bottom. |
