This came from The Dash Diet Recipe Cookbook. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon all natural-style peanut butter |
1 medium banana (frozen or fresh) |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth, or until reaches desired consistency. 2. Enjoy! |
