This is another recipe I got out of the local paper, I haven't tried it, but I know I will SOON. It looks absolutely delicious! 5 forks for me. LOL!!! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup salted spanish peanuts |
1 jar caramel ice cream topping |
1 pkg milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Combine first 3 ingredients, until crumbly, and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. 3. Top with nuts. 4. Pour caramel over nuts and bake for 20-25 minutes. 5. Quickly pour chocolate chips on top of piping hot dish. 6. Swirl with a knife tip to melt chocolate into caramel. 7. Cool and cut into bars. |
