1 cup white sugar |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup corn syrup |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups spanish peanuts, raw |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine sugars, corn syrup,water ,salt & butter cook & stir over med high. 2. 2. heat to 275 degrees. add peanuts cook ,stirring to 295 degrees. 3. 3. add baking soda. pour onto greased foil. 4. 4. cool and break into pieces . |
