This is Easy, Easy, Easy! I have been making these cookies for over 12 years with a long list of ingredients until my sister found this version! I make about 3 batches because my sister needs one batch all for herself! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box pillsbury plus yellow cake mix |
1 cup peanut butter |
1/3 cup water |
1 egg |
60 hershey chocolate kisses, milk chocolate, unwrapped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, water and egg- stir by hand until dough forms. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
2. Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with a chocolate kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around the edge. Cool on wire rack.
