Brighten up a winter night's meal with these luxcious but inexpensive squares for dessert. Peanut buffs will be back seconds!! I found this recipe in our local newspaper!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 cup peanut butter cup, coarsely chopped (about 4 regular size) |
1 cup peanut butter chips |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, then stir in graham cracker crumbs until blended. Pat firmly into an ungresed 9x13-inch pan. 3. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips. 4. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. 5. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and deep brown around edges, 30-35 minutes. |
