Crisp and nutty biscuits Ingredients:
50g butter |
100g granulaterd sugar |
1 egg beaten |
100g crunchy peanut butter |
75g plain flour |
half tsp bicarbonate of soda |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar togerther until fluffy.Slowly beat in egg,then the peanut butter.Sift in the flour and the bicar,then fold into the mix. 2. Divide mixture into15. shape into biscuites, roll with you hands.then flatten 3. Places on a greasd tray 350f/180c gas 4 15-20 min 4. cool on wire rack |
