A creamy drink for a hot Summer day. You can also freeze the peach to make it even cooler!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup soymilk
1 (6 ounce) container peach yogurt or 1 (6 ounce) container peach soy yogurt
1 medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted, and cut up
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place milk, yogurt, and peach in blender.
2. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Note: You can also add cinnamon in place of the nutmeg if you prefer!
