Peachy Pork Salad (Southeast)

This recipe was found in the 1976 Southern Living publication, The Salads Cookbook.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups pork, cooked, cubed
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 cup green grape, seedless, halved
4 cups chinese cabbage, sliced
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mayo & salt, then add pork & mix lightly.
2. Add the rest of th ingredients to the pork mixture & toss lightly, then chill before serving.
