This recipe was found in the 1976 Southern Living publication, The Salads Cookbook. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups pork, cooked, cubed |
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained |
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches |
1 cup green grape, seedless, halved |
4 cups chinese cabbage, sliced |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mayo & salt, then add pork & mix lightly. 2. Add the rest of th ingredients to the pork mixture & toss lightly, then chill before serving. |
