Adopted Recipe! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless pork, cut into 3/4 inch cubes |
1 tablespoon taco seasoning |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1 cup chunky salsa |
1/2 cup peach preserves |
Directions:
1. Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. 2. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute pork 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned on all sides. 3. Add salsa and preserves. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. |
