This is sure to satisfy your craving for peaches. The banana combined with the yogurt gives it a smooth, creamy texture. Ingredients:
1 medium banana, frozen |
1 medium peach, peeled, pitted |
1 (6 ounce) container low-fat peach yogurt |
2/3 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Approximately 15 minutes before making the smoothie lay the banana out of the freezer to defrost slightly. 2. Peel the banana add along with remaining ingredients to blender container. 3. Process until smooth and creamy, enjoy! |
