This is from the book, Smoothies 50 Recipes for High Energy Refreshment. I love this smoothie, it is the perfect blend of peaches and raspberries. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped frozen peaches |
1 cup low-fat sugar-free peach yogurt or 1 cup fat free sugar free peach yogurt (to make vegan, use a soy peach yogurt, o'soy is a good one) |
3/4 cup peach nectar (or more, as needed to blend) |
1/2 cup frozen raspberries |
Directions:
1. Blend until very smooth. 2. Enjoy. |
