This is an adaptation of my favorite cobbler recipe to be a little lighter. Ingredients:
1/2 cup splenda granular |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup calorie countdown skim milk |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups frozen peaches, thawed or |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the fruit and pour into a 8 inch square pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Add desired fruit. 3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. 4. If desired, top with whipped topping. YUM! |
