Ingredients:
2 tablespoons no-sugar-added peach fruit spread |
4 (1-ounce) slices white sandwich bread |
4 ounces sliced reduced-fat, low-salt ham |
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese |
butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Spread peach spread on 2 bread slices; top each evenly with ham and cheese. Top with remaining 2 bread slices. Coat sandwiches with cooking spray. 2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches, and cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden. |
