The color of this refreshing beverage just says Spring! Smoothies are great for breakfast, dessert or a midday snack. Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups milk |
1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt |
1 cup orange juice |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened peach slices |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Yield: 6 servings. |
