This was so good. I made it this morning for breakfast. Ingredients:
3 peaches, fresh,peeled & pitted |
1 large banana |
2 cups milk |
1 cup low-fat yogurt or 1 cup yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Put in blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses. |
