Ingredients:
4 cups peaches, sliced |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. Place the peaches in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon. 3. Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture is crumbly. 4. Spread mixture over peaches. 5. Bake for about 30 minutes. |
