Adapted from a smoothie book I have, this is a nice simple smoothie using only a few ingredients. If you want a more creamy smoothie, add the yoghurt.
Ingredients:
1 banana
200 g canned peaches
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (optional)
