What a way to enjoy peaches-very easy to make! Ingredients:
4 cups peaches, peeled and sliced |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup cream |
1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked |
Directions:
1. In bowl, toss peaches with nutmeg, flour, and salt. 2. Spoon peaches into unbaked pie shell, then pour cream over the top. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
