Peaches 'n' Cream Cheesecake |

Found this on a message board. Posting here for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding |
2 eggs |
6 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup milk |
2 (13 ounce) cans peaches, sliced |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
6 tablespoons peach juice |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat first 6 ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. 3. Drain peach slices, reserving juice. 4. Place peaches in rows on top of crust mixture. 5. Beat cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar together. 6. Carefully spoon on top of peaches. 7. Sprinkle with topping mixture and bake 30-40 minutes. |
