Ingredients:
1 clove |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups primitivo di gioia, a dry red wine from puglia |
4 peaches |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine clove, sugar and red wine and heat until sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Cool and keep covered. Peel and slice peaches and divide among 4 wine glasses. Pour 1/4 cup syrup over each peach and serve immediately with biscotti. |
