Vegetarian Times Ingredients:
2 large peaches, peeled and sliced or 2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed |
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/3-2/3 cup agave nectar |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in blender 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth. 2. Ladle into ice pop molds, and freeze at least 4 hours. Run molds under warm water to unmold. |
