Peaches and Cream Dessert |

This is a recipe that I got from my cousin in Winger, MN. It is very delicious and easy to make. My husband loves peaches and really liked this recipe. Ingredients:
3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 lb marshmallow |
4 tablespoons orange juice |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 cups fresh sliced peaches |
2 cups whipped cream |
Directions:
1. For crust: Mix together vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Put all but 1 cup in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
2. Melt together marshmallows, orange juice, and lemon juice. Chill until partially thickened.
3. Add peaches and whipped cream.
4. Fold all together.
5. Put into pan; put rest of crumbs on top.
6. Chill in refrigerator.
