Peaches And Cream Cake

Great after dinner dessert. Great for Brunch or friends coming over.
Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
16 oz peach halves or slices
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese softened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into a greased and floured 9x 13 pan
5. Drain the peaches reserving 1/4 cup of juice
6. Arrange peaches on top of batter
7. Combine the reserved peach juice, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
8. Pour over the peaches
9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cake tests done.
