Known in India as lassi (lah-see), this shake-like beverage is usually prepared with mango. It's a healthy way to start your day. Ingredients:
3 cups plain yogurt |
1 cup sliced fresh peaches |
1/2 cup water |
6 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve over ice. 2. *1 cup fresh mango slices may be substituted. |
