We served these about 5 years ago at a New Year Eve's party. I don't remember where I got the recipe. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed |
1 quart peach juice |
1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine |
1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar |
1 cup granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, puree peaches. 2. In a 3 quart container, combine peaches and remaining ingredients. 3. Cover and chill for 5 hours to allow the flavors to blend. |
