A cross between a sauce and a pie filling. Great over ice cream. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs peaches, peeled and thinly sliced |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a large saucepan. 2. Place pan over medium heat; stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a simmer. 3. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. 4. Serve warm or cold. |
